Aditya Birla Housing Finance Targets Pune Growth with New Katraj Branch

Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) has launched a new branch in Katraj, Pune, as part of its strategy to expand its presence in Maharashtra and high-growth housing markets.

With this addition, the company’s network in the state has grown to 30 branches. Katraj has emerged as a key residential micro-market, driven by connectivity improvements and rising demand from homebuyers.

The branch will offer a comprehensive range of housing finance products, including affordable housing loans, prime housing loans, construction finance, and loans against property, serving a diverse customer base.

Leveraging its digital infrastructure, ABHFL aims to provide faster approvals, seamless onboarding, and enhanced transparency in loan processing.

To mark the launch, the company is offering zero login fees and spot loan sanctions up to ₹50 lakh for customers. The offer is valid from April 27 to May 31, 2026.
