TCS Retains Europe Top Employer Title for 14th Consecutive Year

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has once again been recognised as the Top Employer in Europe for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, continuing its 14-year streak of leadership in workplace excellence.

In addition to the Europe-wide recognition, TCS has been certified as a Global Top Employer and awarded the Enterprise-Wide Top Employer Certification, a distinction reserved for organisations that consistently deliver high-performing people strategies across their operations.

The Top Employers Institute assesses organisations through its HR Best Practices Survey, which examines six core dimensions, including Work Environment, People Strategy, Learning, Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion.

TCS secured the top employer position across Europe overall and ranked first in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France and Poland. The company also received Top Employer certification in Italy, Spain and Norway.

As part of its AI-led growth strategy, TCS is undertaking a global talent transformation programme to equip employees with AI-ready skills and foster an AI-first culture. As of December 2025, over 217,000 TCS employees possess higher-order AI skills, including 12,500 Gen AI–trained professionals in Europe.

In October 2025, TCS conducted the world’s largest AI hackathon, attracting more than 281,000 employees from 58 countries. Women made up over 33% of participants, while Gen Z accounted for 38%. The hackathon was a key enabler of the tcsAI initiative, aimed at accelerating AI adoption and enhancing employee innovation.
