The company has sanctioned approximately ₹1,530 crore in home loans to over 10,000 eligible beneficiaries, reinforcing its role in the government’s push for affordable housing and financial inclusion.
With 47 branches across Maharashtra, including 25 Roshni branches, PNB Housing Finance is expanding its reach in semi-urban markets. The company’s affordable and emerging markets lending solutions aim to empower customers from informal and self-employed segments.
To drive adoption of PMAY-linked loans, PNB Housing Finance plans extensive awareness campaigns, focusing on educating citizens about eligibility norms, interest subsidy benefits and the loan application process.
