Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the launch of a new phase at Mahindra Citadel, its expansive residential development spread across approximately 9.66 acres in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
Named ‘Codename Sanctum’, the newly launched phase comprises Towers E, F and G and introduces premium 2 and 3 BHK residences designed for modern urban living. The Gross Development Value (GDV) for this phase is expected to be around ₹800-850 crore, while the overall project carries a GDV of nearly ₹2,500 crore.

The residences feature expansive terrace-style decks and views of the Military Farms, aimed at creating a sense of openness and tranquillity within an urban setting. According to the company, the homes have been designed to maximise natural light, ventilation and spatial comfort in line with changing homebuyer preferences.
The project also includes more than 30 premium amenities focused on wellness, recreation and community living. These include a half Olympic-size swimming pool, indoor community hall and two badminton courts, among other lifestyle amenities.
