Kalpataru Limited reported a 20% year-on-year increase in average sale realization to ₹16,719 per sq. ft. for FY2025-26, even as annual pre-sales reached a record ₹5,280 crore.
Collections during FY26 rose 34% year-on-year to ₹4,960 crore, while the company posted a profit after tax of ₹80 crore.
In Q4 FY26, average sale realization stood at ₹15,969 per sq. ft., compared to ₹15,127 per sq. ft. in the same period last year. Area sold during the quarter stood at 1.15 million sq. ft.
Quarterly pre-sales increased 6% year-on-year to ₹1,833 crore, while collections rose 41% to ₹1,487 crore. Q4 FY26 PAT stood at ₹194 crore.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Parag Munot, Managing Director, Kalpataru Limited said: “FY26 marks a transformative milestone in Kalpataru’s history, defined by our public listing and strongest operational performance to date. During both the quarter and the full year, we delivered our highest-ever pre-sales and collections, reflecting excellent execution scale-up, sustained demand across key micro-markets, and a significant improvement in cash flows. Strong project completions, disciplined capital allocation, and focused debt reduction initiatives further reinforced the balance sheet, making FY26 our most operationally robust year to date.”
He added that the company remains well-positioned to sustain strong pre-sales momentum with a robust launch pipeline planned for FY27.
