Godrej Properties Retains Top Position Among Listed Residential Developers

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) (scrip id: GODREJPROP) has emerged as the largest listed residential real estate developer in India for the second consecutive year in Calendar Year 2025, based on booking value and collections.

In CY 2025, the company sold 16,428 homes covering 27.26 million square feet of saleable area, supported by 41 successful launches across India. Booking value increased 19% year-on-year to INR 34,171 crore, achieving a CAGR of approximately 44% between CY 2022 and CY 2025. Collections rose 28% year-on-year to INR 18,979 crore, representing a three-year CAGR of 35%.

The company delivered strong quarterly performance, recording booking value of over INR 7,000 crore in each quarter of CY 2025. Sales were diversified across key residential markets including MMR, NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. GPL’s broad portfolio included 11 projects that each recorded booking value of more than INR 1,000 crore.

In FY26 year-to-date, GPL recorded booking value of INR 24,008 crore, up 25% year-on-year, and collections of INR 12,018 crore, growing 19% year-on-year. During Q3 FY26, booking value stood at INR 8,421 crore, reflecting 55% year-on-year growth, while collections rose 40% year-on-year to INR 4,282 crore.
