Fractal Analytics Limited is set to launch its initial public offering on Monday, February 09, 2026, with the issue closing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The anchor investor bidding date is Friday, February 06, 2026.
The Offer has been priced in a band of ₹857 to ₹900 per equity share of face value ₹1 each. Investors may bid for a minimum of 16 equity shares and in multiples of 16 equity shares thereafter.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 10,235 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 18,104 million. The offer for sale is being undertaken by Quinag Bidco Ltd, TPG Fett Holdings Pte. Ltd., Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala, and GLM Family Trust.
The Offer also includes an employee reservation portion aggregating up to INR 600 million. The issue is being conducted through the book building process in compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
