Finolex Industries Limited has announced significant leadership updates with the appointment of Mr. Udipt Agarwal as Managing Director from November 1, 2025, and Mr. Rambabu Sanka as Director – Technical from August 2, 2025.
Mr. Agarwal brings over 30 years of international experience across chemicals and bio-industrials, while Mr. Sanka brings nearly four decades of hands-on expertise in chemical manufacturing and PVC operations.
Welcoming the appointments, Executive Chairman Mr. Prakash P. Chhabria said both leaders will strengthen Finolex’s long-term focus on innovation, process excellence and customer value. Their induction follows the retirement of Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar and Mr. Saumya Chakrabarti, acknowledged for their contribution to the company.
Finolex reaffirmed its commitment to quality, backed by 44 years of leadership in the PVC pipes and fittings sector, and its continued CSR initiatives through the Mukul Madhav Foundation.
