Ensono Unveils US$250 Million AI Investment, Launches New AI & Innovation Division

Ensono, the Illinois-based managed services provider, has announced a major expansion of its AI strategy with a US$250 million (₹2,207 crore) investment over the next five years. The company also launched its dedicated AI & Innovation Division, aimed at accelerating AI-led modernization for global enterprises.

The new division unites specialists in engineering, data science, software development, and business analysis to build next-generation solutions across Ensono’s service portfolio.

“AI has become the operating system of our business,” said Jim Piazza, Chief AI Officer. “This investment underscores our commitment to using AI to deliver innovation, efficiency, and real human impact.”

AI Tools Already Delivering Impact

Ensono’s AI-powered platforms have shown strong improvements in system reliability:

  • Envision Predictive Engine (EPE) has cut major incidents by 22% and reduced mean time to resolution by 50%.

  • DiagnoseNow, its troubleshooting assistant, helps resolve incidents in less than half the usual time.

These tools have helped Ensono prevent operational disruptions for clients across industries, including automotive and enterprise technology.

Boosting Workforce Productivity with EnsoAI

Ensono has also built EnsoAI, a secure AI platform that assists associates in content creation, process optimization, and automation. A recent upgrade now enables employees to build custom AI agents and share prompt libraries to drive collaborative efficiency.

Strengthening AI Through Snowflake

Ensono’s collaboration with Snowflake has centralized terabytes of system logs, ITSM data, and network telemetry into a secure AI data cloud. This unified foundation powers platforms like EPE and DiagnoseNow and supports future AI models.

“With the new division, Ensono can accelerate AI innovation and deliver greater value to customers,” said Abhi Saini, Product Management Manager at Snowflake.
