TVS Motor Company has appointed Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director for a five-year term beginning May 13, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
The company said the appointment reinforces its focus on technology, innovation and digital transformation as mobility continues to evolve globally.
Shanmugam is currently the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mablle, an AI-enabled interior design and renovation platform based in Singapore. He previously worked with McKinsey & Company, advising enterprises on business growth and strategy.
An alumnus of the University of Oxford, he brings experience in scaling consumer-focused and platform-led businesses across international markets.
