Avante Spaces Limited, a Kirloskar Group company, has received the IGBC Platinum Certification for its flagship development ‘One Avante’ in Kothrud, Pune, marking the highest level of green building recognition from the India Green Building Council.
The One Avante project, which houses multiple Kirloskar Group entities, has been recognised for its environmentally responsible workplace infrastructure and emphasis on sustainable operations and design efficiency.
IGBC evaluated the project on parameters including Site Selection and Planning, Water Conservation, Energy Conservation, Material Conservation, Indoor Environmental Quality and Occupational Health, along with Innovation in Design.
From planning to operations, sustainability has been integral to the project. The development incorporates energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, increased natural daylight, advanced water conservation solutions and a waste management framework focused on recycling and efficient resource use. These features support lower environmental impact and improved working conditions.
