Kirloskar Pneumatic reports higher FY26 earnings, robust order book growth

KPCL reported FY26 PBT of Rs 356 crore, up 25%, with higher income, record order inflow and a total dividend payout of 600% for the year.

Pune, April 27: Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd (KPCL) reported a strong FY26 performance, with profit before tax rising 25% year-on-year to Rs 356 crore, supported by higher revenues, stronger margins and healthy order momentum.

The company’s total income rose to Rs 1,786 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,651 crore in FY25, while revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,759 crore from Rs 1,629 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs 258 crore against Rs 211 crore in the previous year. EBITDA margin improved to 21.7% from 19%.

Commenting on the results, Aman Kirloskar, Managing Director, KPCL, said, “We have delivered another strong year of financial performance, building on the solid foundation established over the past several years. Despite uncertainties in the current environment, we remain confident in sustaining our growth momentum into the upcoming financial year.”

Reflecting the improved performance, the board proposed a final dividend of 425%, or Rs 8.50 per equity share of face value Rs 2. Including the interim dividend of 175%, or Rs 3.50 per share, the total dividend for FY26 stands at 600%. The company said this marks its highest dividend payout to date.

The board also approved sub-division of equity shares from face value Rs 2 each into Re 1 each, subject to shareholder approval.

KPCL ended the year with an order book of around Rs 1,863 crore as on April 1, 2026, up 15% from Rs 1,624 crore a year earlier. It also recorded its highest-ever annual order inflow, crossing Rs 2,000 crore during FY26.

For the March quarter, standalone revenue from operations rose 21% to Rs 706 crore, while PBT increased 79% to Rs 184 crore and PAT climbed 78% to Rs 144 crore.

The compression business remained the key revenue driver, contributing around 93.4% of total revenue. The company also filed 57 intellectual properties during the year, taking the cumulative total to 128.
