Wakefit Innovations Limited will tap the capital markets next month, with its initial public offering opening for subscription on December 8 and closing on December 10, 2025. Anchor investors will place bids on December 5. The company has set its price band at ₹185–₹195 per share.
The IPO features a fresh issue valued at ₹3,771.78 million and an extensive Offer for Sale of 46.75 million shares by promoters and institutional backers, significantly reshaping the company’s shareholding structure. Major selling shareholders include Peak XV Partners Investments VI (20.37 million shares), Verlinvest S.A. (10.19 million shares), and promoters Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda.
Bids must be placed for at least 76 shares.
Under SEBI’s Book Building framework, 75% of the issue is reserved for QIBs, with flexibility to allocate up to 60% of that portion to Anchor Investors. 15% of shares are reserved for NIBs and 10% for retail investors.
