Pune I Mum, March 2026 — Pune-headquartered Vascon Engineers Ltd. has received a Letter of Intent from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for the development of Lotus Park in Ahmedabad.
The project, valued at ₹115.90 crore, will be developed on a 54,000 square metre site located in the South West Zone of the city under the Building Project of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
The project will be executed on an EPC basis and is expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of issuance of the work order.
The order strengthens Vascon’s order book, which currently stands at ₹2,825 crore, providing strong visibility for the company’s EPC business.
The company said it currently has the capability to execute around 8 million square feet annually and is operating at about 90% utilisation, supported by a project and engineering workforce of over 800 professionals.
