Mahindra appoints Purnima Lamba as Chief Brand Officer

Mahindra Group has appointed Purnima Lamba as Chief Brand Officer with effect from September 1, 2026.

In her new role, Lamba will lead the Group’s corporate brand and communications strategy and oversee brand consistency across Mahindra’s business verticals.

She will also spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the Group’s brand salience across traditional and digital ecosystems.

Before joining Mahindra, Lamba spent around 25 years at Unilever in leadership roles across India, the UK and the Netherlands.

She holds BSc and MSc degrees in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
