ACCA and IIM Sirmaur join hands to drive innovation in accountancy education

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur have formalised a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance academic and professional outcomes in accounting and finance.

The agreement was signed by Prabhanshu Mittal and Prafulla Agnihotri, underscoring a shared commitment to educational excellence and global integration.

The collaboration aims to transform the learning experience for finance students by combining ACCA’s global expertise with IIM Sirmaur’s academic strength. It will focus on faculty development, student engagement, and knowledge exchange initiatives.

Key initiatives under the MoU include Train-the-Trainer workshops, joint conferences and seminars, student engagement sessions on global career readiness, and industry-academia collaboration platforms.

The partnership highlights a strategic effort to prepare students for evolving industry demands while promoting global best practices in finance education.
