Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare and DBS Bank India have inaugurated a DeepTech Training Centre in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, aimed at addressing skill gaps in India’s technology sector.
The initiative is part of a three-year plan to train 2,400 underserved youth across four cities. The programme focuses on employability, targeting at least 70% placement with expected earnings between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
The curriculum includes digital skills, communication, career preparedness and soft skills, delivered through AI-powered learning tools and a blended teaching approach. Mettl provides third-party assessments to ensure consistent evaluation.
Leadership teams from both organisations attended the inauguration and interacted with students, who demonstrated their learning outcomes through project presentations.
