CDK hosts Convergence 2026 across Pune, Hyderabad, reinforces people-first culture

CDK hosts Convergence 2026 in Pune, Hyderabad, bringing employees and families together, highlighting culture and workplace engagement.

CDK Global is using family-inclusive events as part of its employee engagement strategy, with its Convergence 2026 programme bringing together employees and their families in Pune and Hyderabad.

The initiative reflects a broader shift among companies towards extending engagement beyond the workplace, with a focus on building community and reinforcing organisational culture. The event, themed “Going Back to Our Indian Roots”, centered on cultural values and family participation.

“Family Day is a heartfelt reminder that our success extends beyond the workplace. Families are the true catalysts in our journey — their support, encouragement, and belief empower us to strive for excellence every day,” said Sandeep Kumar Jain, Managing Director, CDK, India.

The programme included cultural performances, interactive activities and a rewards and recognition segment, alongside dedicated experiences for children such as pottery and games. The format was designed to involve families directly in the workplace ecosystem.

“This is who we are at our core—a community that grows stronger when we stand together as one family. Through Convergence, beyond our culture and tradition, we also celebrate the values that bind us—respect, gratitude, and togetherness,” said Ashish Saxena, Senior Director & Head of Human Resources, CDK, India.

CDK said the initiative aligns with its people-first approach, supported by its continued recognition as a Great Place to Work-Certified organisation in India since 2019 and its ranking among the Top 100 IT & ITES Workplaces in India for 2025.
